Vehicle runs fine, and is in good mechanical condition.
I have owned it for the past 5 years, and have taken good care of it. Very clean on the inside. Non-smoking owners.
The engine was replaced a couple years ago. There is 300,000 km on the body, 220,000 km on the engine. There has been no engine issue since it has been replaced by a professional shop, several years ago.
The Good:
Very nice sporty driving experience. Sunroof, AC (blows very cold), Cruise Control, Summer tires used for only 2 seasons, on factory aluminum wheels. Winter Tires on steel wheels available for an additional $650. Never in an accident. Very fuel Efficient 2.0L Inline 4 engine (27 MPG combined). Nice speakers installed from the factory, Aftermarket Radio has Aux input + USB input. Mechaincal / Engine / Drivetrain are in factory condition. No aftermarket exhaust, chips, intake etc... has ever been installed. Spoiler. Folding rear seats. Large trunk with lots of rear storage. All functions on the vehicle work. Power windows. Tinted windows. Power Locks. Battery is 1 year old. Heater blows hot. Passed an emissions test in October 2018.
The Bad:
There is some rust on the body, as shown in the photos. Some panels have been touched up/repainted a couple years ago, with some of the paint lines visible. The front bumper has some small chips and cracks from bumping curbs over the years. There a small rip in the drivers seat, that does not affect it's function or feel. The rust appears to be limited to the body panels.
The images show the steel winter wheels. Silver aluminum factory wheels are sold with the car.
The images show the seats covered with black heated seat covers from Canadian Tire. I had installed some switched in the dash for the heat function on the seat covers. If required, I can remove the switches and return the dash to factory condition. In my opinion, the heated seats work great and are best left installed.
I have no reason to believe this car would have any problems passing safety and emissions. However, due to the high mileage, the car is being sold as-is. I'm selling because I bought a new car and have no need for this one. Price is firm. Serious inquiries only. I love this car, and I'm sad to see it go!
